ShipCSX web-based tools help you track your loads. To reduce the wait time for drivers, CSXT has introduced public/open access tools allowing the trucking/dispatching community to verify shipment information prior to their arrival at the terminal locations we serve.
Intermodal Shipment Inquiry is available via ShipCSX Public Tools and provides an:

SHIPMENT PROBLEM RESOLUTION
Use the ShipCSX Shipment Problem Resolution tool to submit an inquiry directly to our Customer Service team. Customers can create, view the status and check for resolution of their inquiries all within ShipCSX, providing you a central place to manage shipment problems. The Shipment Problem Resolution tool allows you to streamline communications by replacing e-mails and phone calls, can simplify your business process with the ability to track shipment related issues, and allows us to better serve our customers with a quicker response time, more accurate, complete and secure information, and consistent resolution.

HOW TO SECURE A USER ID AND PIN
To better assist customers' needs, CSXT Intermodal has set up a system to more effectively manage customer inquiries.
CSXT Intermodal is dedicated to making the exchange of information with our customers more timely, accurate and secure. If you call our Customer Service team, you will be prompted to enter your ShipCSX User ID and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Each User ID and PIN is unique to the individual who calls. Your ShipCSX User ID and PIN are for telephone access to the Customer Service team. Use your ShipCSX User ID and Password to access ShipCSX.com. Registered ShipCSX users can locate their PIN in the Personal Information section under "My Profile". If you are not a registered ShipCSX user, please complete the online eBusiness registration form available at www.ShipCSX.com by selecting "Register Now". By identifying your call, our Customer Service team can ensure your shipment information remains secure and provide you with faster service and more accurate information.
